Having a team of 34 staff across our two workshops in Whangarei and Waipapa, we are able to accommodate one off custom orders through to large bulk orders, perfect for hospital and veterinary settings.

Being based here in New Zealand, we are only a phone call away – in your time zone – and ensure our products are delivered as agreed every time. We manufacture here in New Zealand, and being a family run company you will always be talking with a decision maker. If we say we will do something, it’s our word.

As the owner and Director of MedQuip customer service is always at the forefront of mind. Quality craftsmanship, reliability and integrity are the founding principles of the company and this quality shows through in the products made.

Outside of work, Hagan, husband to Hayley for over 12 years enjoys time with his wife and two children. From spear fishing to hunting and of course taking out the classic Bedford Camper on road trips, Hagan is always out and about passionately embracing life.

SHELLEY DOWLER

Shelley is invaluable to the MedQuip team and ensures the team stays on track as the accounts and administration manager. Shelley has 10 years experience in the industry (office management) which brings invaluable knowledge, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout and undoubtedly solutions orientated.

When not supporting clients, Shelley can often be found in her garden growing an array of fresh goodies keeping her own pantry and that of her four grown children well stocked! Shelley loves her Kayak fishing and shows up the rest of the team with her fishing skills!

RYAN ANDERSON

As sales and manufacturing manager, Ryan’s job is a varied one – and he loves it! Having been in similar roles for over twenty years, Ryan has built a reputation on his name and the trust he invokes. Ryan’s goal is to ensure quality products every time, and great value to our clients from price to support and after care service. MedQuip’s role doesn’t stop on delivery of the product.

Outside of work Ryan, Cathy and their two children are often out on or in the water, whether scuba diving, sailing or fishing. Ryan is a’get out there’ person and this carries through into his work as a pastor at a local church and role as a mixed martial arts coach.
